Features

1) High Intelligence, The linear blow molding machine can be controlled through touch screen (PLC )and running status is shown on it. Built-in memory of the PLC saves all the sets of numbers required to produce different size bottles.

2) Conveying perform automatically with conveyor.

3) Strong penetrability ,Independent temperature control for different heating lamp to get ideal preform heating result . Each lamp position can move can go up- down and go forward-back. And perform rotate by itself and revolute in the rails simultaneously in the infrared preheater.

4) Cast molded platens offer the longest service life, and enhance the stability of the machine. Engineering software analyzed and optimized the clamping system to guaranty the fastest possible moving speed and strongest clamping force. Also an additional high pressure compensation system is standard equipment and ensures the perfect clamping result.

5) A double cylinder stretching unit is standard equipment and ensures the fastest possible stretching speed, and the longest possible stretching stroke. Linear motion guides provide ultra smooth movement and the lowest possible friction .

6) Ideal effect of the chilling with the chilling system.

7) Closed production zone, good self-lubrication system avoid contamination, Equipped with special designed air storage unit .
